Cancellations & Refund Policy

We at M/s Vishnu Smart Solutions (and its brands) strive to deliver a seamless and satisfactory experience through our smart vending machines.

However, if a transaction has been completed but the product was not dispensed, or there was a machine malfunction, you may be eligible for a refund.

Valid cases for refund include:

  • Product not dispensed after successful payment
  • Machine dispensed a wrong or expired product
  • Machine malfunction during transaction (e.g., freezing or error mid-transaction)

Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, please provide the following details:

  • Date and time of transaction
  • Machine location
  • Payment method (e.g., UPI, card, QR)
  • Payment reference ID (if available)
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Your contact number

Email this information to vishnusmartsolutions@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction.

Processing Time

  • All refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
  • Once verified, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is approved and initiated.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product selection by the user
  • Delays due to network/payment gateway issues beyond our control
  • Expired refund claim (submitted beyond 48 hours)
